I don't get much in the way of pain either (fingers crossed for the future!) The worst I get is trapped wind, and lying flat on my back, plus a belly massage (up the belly on the right side....over the midriff, and down the belly on the left, all while breathing mindfully) can help that pass naturally.
I do however, get a mild form of "discomfort" which feels like a mouse running about somewhere vaguely left, lower belly. I can't call that pain at all really.
