  1. It's like living in hell the pain for me everyday struggle to do stuff nightmare

    1. That's terrible. 🙁 What do your doctors say about this constant pain? Do they have any idea what's causing it? Karina (team member)

    2. is it in the upper abdomen?

  2. Today, my wife (based on an advice form an older lady in the family), baked me a FENUGREEK cake (in Arabic it is called HELBA cake and it's a traditional Palestinian sweet which is very popular in the Middle East). My wife used brown sugar instead of white sugar and eliminated all the nuts used as a topping). I ate about 4 pieces (it's very delicious and easy on the stomach). After less than half an hour, the abdominal pain and cramping subsided by almost 90%. Amazing!
I do not have the recipe for the cake itself, but you can google it easily.
I strongly recommend trying this as a solution for the daily agony of IBS-C and D.
I pray to God that this solution help everyone. God Bless

    1. That's so amazing, I'm so glad to hear that the cake helped ease your symptoms so much! Thank you so much for sharing, it's definitely worth trying and seems like a lovely way to cope with symptoms. I hope it'll continue working for you.
Wishing you all the best, Karina (team member)
