Hypnotherapy for IBS

Has anyone tried and had success with hypnotherapy for IBS? I’m looking at an app, Nerva, that uses 20 mins a day to address the brain gut issue. But before I spend any $$ I’d like to know if there could be success.

    I tried Nerva for a few days but I didn't renew after the trial period ended, it didn't personally help me 😔 I'd definitely recommend giving the free trial a try though as I know other people have had really good results!

        My dr gave me Linzess for the constipation, I have tried it... I have so many other pills I take!,
