Help with foods

I have stayed on low fodmap, am gluten free and dairy free and zero red meat. Gave up coffee and even decaff, and still get diarrhea....

  1. Its frustrating I know. Could be a number of things. IBS is a patience tester and trial and error.

For me, Aside from eliminating a lot of foods I realized what is causing mine is the infection inside which was only found through a specific stool test from my Naturapathy doctor. GI doc didnt wanna do it. Im on natrual antibiotcs. Still get flare ups but not as often

Take Immodium to stop or control it but its not the cure unfortunately.

    1. Sorry you are going through this. I agree with Cambium's response. Another reason for diarrhea could be infection or that the gut flora is off. If you can reach out to a Naturopathic Medical Doctor that might be a route that could offer you results. Here is an article that talks about seeing an NMD, you may find it interesting: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/naturopath-experience I hope you feel better soon.
