Has anyone tried SunFiber (Guar Gum) Fiber powder?

Was told to take 1 tsp of that with water first thing when I get up. Apparently it helps build health gut microbes and can help relieve IBS-D related issues. Curious if anyone saw relief from that kind of fiber for IBS-D?

  1. Sorry no - but I found some success with Psyllium Husk powder when my symptoms were mostly IBS-D related.
