Is it just me?
Does anyone else find they are always cold? I live in the northeast and find from October to June I can not get warm unless I have on two layers and the heat at 72 except at night when I wake up with the sweats!

I have had this issue with my feet and hands and saw my doctor about it. Turns out I was having some circulation issues due to another condition. I might ask my doc about it, if you haven't already. I used to be similar and I went for blood work and turned out I was anemic. Perhaps ask your doc for some blood work?
