So I decided to go mad at Christmas dinner I had 2 brussel sprouts and a spoonful of broccoli, but 4 days later and I am still paying for it painful cramps, foul smelling wind but no diarrhoea is this normal 4 days later
Oh I can relate to this. We have all been in this situation before. As far as your symptoms, I am not a doctor so I can't say for sure. But in my personal experience, whenever I veer off course I can see differences in my gut health for some days after. Maybe if it continues over a week, let your doctor know? -Elizabeth (team member)

I'm the same. I love brussel sprouts and broccoli however these are on my no list. I tend to just have a couple instead of usual amount. The thing I find most annoying is that one day I'm fine with certain foods yet other times I get the flare up. Ibs is so unpredictable.
