So I decided to go mad at Christmas dinner I had 2 brussel sprouts and a spoonful of broccoli, but 4 days later and I am still paying for it painful cramps, foul smelling wind but no diarrhoea is this normal 4 days later
Oh I can relate to this. We have all been in this situation before. As far as your symptoms, I am not a doctor so I can't say for sure. But in my personal experience, whenever I veer off course I can see differences in my gut health for some days after. Maybe if it continues over a week, let your doctor know? -Elizabeth (team member)

I'm the same. I love brussel sprouts and broccoli however these are on my no list. I tend to just have a couple instead of usual amount. The thing I find most annoying is that one day I'm fine with certain foods yet other times I get the flare up. Ibs is so unpredictable.

You aren't alone. The same happens to me. One day, food is fine, the next day the same thing causes me pain. You aren't alone! -Elizabeth (team member)

Yes! And something might not bother you one day and may wreak havoc the next. Hope you are doing well. 😀 -Amy, team member
