I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, urgency is the absolute worst. 🙁 First of all, have you tried keeping a food diary to see if anything you eat could be contributing to the urgency? Also, stress does this to me a lot... Of course we're all different though. I'm also wondering if maybe pelvic floor physical therapy might help you? I had terrible issues with urgency after having my first baby and the PT helped so much. It doesn't really address the digestive issues though, just how well the muscles function.
