Been gone a while, just remembered my password π€¦πΌββοΈ
I was diagnosed (the doctor was "fairly certain"😉 with ibs-c around March. I've been trying to manage everything as best I can until I can find a dietician but I've noticed a huge drop with my appetite. I get full very fast and I'm struggling to make sure I am getting all the basic nutrition I need. I think my stomach shrank a bit, which isn't a bad thing, I've been trying to lose weight but I'd rather do it in a healthy way lol
I've been trying to do more grazing and healthy snacks instead of three big meals, but any tips and tricks to help would be greatly appreciated. My known triggers are bananas, gummies, broccoli and gluten. πππ
