I’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS and I have so many things running through my mind. My triggers are food related so I am presently trying to identify the main culprits which is dairy, caffeine and spices. Have lost my appetite but I think that this is mainly from the fear of diarrhoea starting again. Let’s face it if you haven’t got IBS I don’t think anyone could possibly imagine just what it is like.
Just looking for some snack/meal ideas as I only feeling like eating snacks but I am getting a little bored of crackers.
