Hi IBS community! As an IBS sufferer, I’m always trying out new recipes that taste good and sit well in my stomach. It’s not always easy consuming the right food because sometimes they contain hidden ingredients that will trigger symptoms. In this video, I share with you all an IBS friendly ketchup recipe I found online, and compare the flavor of it to store bought ketchup. Personally, I feel it is easier to manage my symptoms by cooking my own food, as opposed to buying food from a store or restaurant. What are your thoughts on managing IBS through cooking your own meals/condiments?
