IBS effecting my work

Hi everyone. I was diagnosed with IBS 2 years ago and I’m finding it’s getting worse. I suffer with sever depression and anxiety and I find my IBS is bad when I am worried or stressed. Recently it’s been unbearable and every morning I am stuck in the bathroom for 30 mins to an hour with crippling tummy pains and terrible diarrhoea. This has caused me to arrive late for work on a few accessions lately and I am now facing a disciplinary which is in turn causing me more stress. I don’t know what to do and the thought of possibly loosing my job because of this condition is so frustrating and terrifying.
