Does hot weather make your constipation worse?
Does anyone have more trouble with constipation in hot -humid weather even when you consume a lot of water and continue exercising?

I definitely find that extreme heat always makes my symptoms worse. I never really did well in the heat though, even when I was healthy. But you are certainly not alone in feeling this way.
