Rumbles & Noises with Diarreah
Do you guys get gurgling, rumbling and screaming inside you after multiple bouts of Diarrhea? Liquid diarrhea specifically.
I was up all night because of it and its hard to control anxiety and fear. Last time it happened this bad was when I had the flu. No fever this time and started with major bloating 5 days ago. Can SIBO really be this bad?
More interested about the noises though. I feel like my intestines are screaming to burst open.
Any advice or anything you do to calm it down?
Sorry to hear you are going through this. I used to deal with strange noises coming from my stomach, but not as serious as yours sounds? When you get these symptoms, is it usually when you are on an empty stomach? Also, perhaps to calm it down have you tried drinking ginger tea or peppermint tea? -Elizabeth (team member)
