No particular bowel issues
Anyone have an IBS diagnosis but without drastic bowel issues, but debilitating stomach pain and nausea?

Have you been diagnosed with IBS by your doctor? Did they perform any tests? If not, I would insist on having tests done to rule out any other causes for the pain.
