I have had IBS for many years but it had gotten so bad that it was disrupting my life.
I have tried Probiotics’s, prescriptions, changing eating habits nothing seemed to work. It was mostly diarrhea and some constipation. I tried something that completely changed my life. I started eating 1 avacado each morning ( my cardiologist suggested it for my heart) I mash it up put a little lemon juice on it and salt and pepper and apply it to. My English muffin the multi grain type that has a lot of fiber. I liked it so I started doing it everyday. After a few weeks I started having real normal bowel movements. No running to the bathroom 3 to 4 times in the morning. I’m not saying this will work for anyone else,but I wanted to put it out there since it changed my life. I no longer take meds and I seem to be normal as I once was. Just wanted to share my experience in case it could help someone else. I no longer have to worry when I go out where the bathroom is. Running to use the bathroom is a thing of the past. Who knew an avacado each morning could change my life.
