What is it like to live with IBS?

IBS is so much more than stomach issues. It affects your social life, how you sleep, and so many things in your day-to-day life. We want to learn more about your experience with this condition.

  1. This is so true. For me, it's been a travel problem. I'll fast in the morning and only eat crackers throughout the day, just to have awful flare-ups. It's some pretty rough stuff. I've never had to take the full recommended amount of 4 Imodium, but I'm sure I will one day! I really lucked out in that my girlfriend also has tummy issues. She'll apologize whenever she has to use the restroom and I'm like... You have NO idea how comforting this makes me. That we're in this together!
