Hi to all

I am still having good and bad days
I have been in contact with hosp about my operation but not heard back yet.
My scan I was told ibs but I think its trauma from when I had my son as I have a bladder problem from then on I used to be able to wee on my own before he was born and couldn't afterwards

The reason I feel a bit better is I've been using fibre complex from health food shop so it's better than the meds I think.

  1. Hey there 😀 Good to hear that you found something that helps you. Fibre is really important in more ways than one. I have found pure Psyllium Husk seeds (make sure they're organic) are easiest to experiment with dosages + they're 100% free from other undesirable ingridients. Make sure you drink enough when taking any fibre supplement tho!

    1. Have you ever done pelvic floor physical therapy after giving birth? I also had issues after giving birth to my first son and after a couple of PT sessions and daily exercises at home it got so much better. It didn't resolve IBS for me though. I'm glad that the fiber complex is helping you feel a bit better! Wishing you all the best, Karina (team member)
