Heal your IBS

For those who are interested in stopping the madness. Try carnivore diet. Stop eating all vegetables and grains and dairy for three months. Eat eggs, butter, beef and salt. Drink lots of water. Give it 3 months. Strictly adhere to this. I'm 11 months in. No looking back. We have been lied to. It's up to you.

  1. Incredible this came up.

So I stopped eating meat in 2016 after my dad passed away from colon cancer. IBS started in 2017 and got progressivly worse overtime.

Guess what... started eating meat again 4 mths ago (burgers & steak) and I have only had 3 flare ups in the past 3.5 months. I was getting flare ups every week in 2024! Could it be the meat helping??? Im also not getting fatigued anymore.

These 5 things have been my changes recently

    Eating Meat
    Natural antibiotic for gut infection
    Stopped eating fried cutlets
    Salted pretzels everyday
    Weight gain

    1. Thank you so much for sharing what works for you! Everyone's body is unique and may respond to certain diets differently. It's best to consult your doctor before making any drastic changes to your treatment plan. But it's great to hear that you've found a solution that's effective in relieving your symptoms.

      1. All I know is as soon as I went all in, everything went in remission. Ibs is your body reacting to food. Every cell in your body is a protein synthesis factory. Please watch out for the disinformation. Plants are causing so much harm. I know. I didn't believe it either. Because they are good for us right? My body didn't get that memo. Get a blood test. Try strict carnivore for 3 months. Eat beef, butter, eggs and bacon. Test your blood again. For severe cases it may take longer but you will see improvement. Watch out for caffeine and alcohol and spices. On carnivore, fat is your friend. And finally. There has never been a study that shows 100 percent that meat causes cancer. Enough of the madness.

        1. You sound like you own a cattle business. lol. I believe I saw studies that showed Colon Cancer happened more with people who ate meat vs not. That's why I stopped it. Meat does stay in your colon a lot longer but like Kat said, everybody is different. Gotta explore what works for you and I'm glad its working for you.

I have to admit its working for me too so far but I can't contribute it all to eating meat again. I DID have a gut infection tested by my naturapathy doctor so the supplements had to be a benefiting factor too. Plus I think the salty pretzles. Salt retains water, right? So maybe extra salt in diet helped absorb more? Just assuming on that

When you say "Test your blood again"... what are we testing for??
