Hi. Just diagnosed with IBS and looking for some input on foods that are okay

  1. Hi and welcome to our community! I'm sorry that you're dealing with IBS. Diet is very personal, but the Low FODMAP diet (https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/ibs-diet) is a good start for many. Cutting out gluten and/or dairy (and maybe coffee) can also help, as these are common triggers. However, there are also people who do just fine with these foods, so it really depends on your personal experience.
    You might also want to try keeping a food diary (https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/food-journal-download) to keep track of potential triggers.
