Diarrhea
I have always been dizzy, as long as I can remember. Lately I have been dx with MA. I have moderate intestinal gas/noise. With loose stools. I'm on trulicity for diabetes and lost 100+ lbs. I have been falling a lot hence the dx MA./Decreasing strength. I'm so tired of this.
I'm so sorry you're dealing with this, that's so hard. I suppose your doctor has done all the tests to figure out what causes the dizziness as well as your digestive issues? Did they find anything?

I know a person who also dealt with dizziness for years and it was due to the diuretics she was taking, which caused her to have too little salt in her body. It's just one person's experience though.
