Does anyone experience an ache in the center of the stomach?
Does anyone when get a flare get ache in center of stomach and just sucks all your energy to do anything, work or anything except just want to lay down in bed. May last days it seems
Don’t even know what trigger was , on low fodap. Unless work stressors or such. Just trying to see if alone with this kind of symptoms. Don’t even get bowel issues, assume cause eat so little and low FODMAP all the time

Yes, I have experienced exactly what you are describing and I know that others on the site have as well. Stress in general can cause these types of system all on its on, especially if your immune system is compromised in any way.
