I always find that breakfast is my hardest meal to figure out what will sit well with me. It would help to see what others eat in the morning to get ideas. Thanks in advance!

You are welcome Elizabeth. I only use half a teaspoon of acacia, & one teaspoon of maca! I have had IBS for 40 years& tried everything of course. The breakfast meal above works well for me once the gut biome is balanced ! To do that after a terrible 2 months of chronic C. I found that Aloe vera juice( without the latex skin) morning & evening , & powdered chicken bone broth mid day helped me get back on track. I have a distended colon with multiple small diverticulli & take a drug for anxiety /stress which can also effect my gut! Otherwise I am quite fit for an 80 y.o

Aloe vera juice helps me a lot too. You sound so well versed in the health of your gut. Good for you!

On a bad morning (when I’ve been up all night...) I stick with Cream of Rice and that’s it.
On my normal days, I simply eat oatmeal and sprinkle a bit of brown sugar.
It’s the dinner hour I find more challenging. Wish you the best of luck.
