Bowel resection after diverticulitis

I have had intermittent diarrhea for a year after bowel resection surgery. I’ve had every test done. I was scared it was pancreatic ca. The only thing that showed up was my elastase is low normal. Going to start zenpep with meals. I’m at a loss.
