Does anyone have any sort of remedy for bowel incontinence? It's driving me bonkers. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, I'm not even aware of it!

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. You're not alone. I'm going to share two articles with you: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/symptoms/diarrhea-urgency-sign-symptom-of-ibs https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/clinical/bowel-control-therapy Also, depending on your situation, pelvic floor physical therapy might be helpful. We also have this article talking about nighttime accidents: https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/living/night-accidents-tips Have you talked to your doctor about that and if yes, what did they suggest? Hopefully, other community members with share their experiences with you. Sending hugs, Karina (team member)

My dr told me I have IBS, well, he didn't actually "tell me" it was posted on my hospital wellness portal. I have had numerous tests including colonoscopies, GI tract, CT scan, endoscopy, and my gall bladder has been removed. I can get no answers. It's so frustrating.

I'm so sorry. Many community members struggle with IBS symptoms after having their gallbladder removed. You can read about their experiences here (especially in the comments): https://irritablebowelsyndrome.net/clinical/gallbladder-removal-ibs I really hope you'll be able to get some relief soon.
