I haven't tried bean pasta, and I would personally probably avoid it because beans aren't that easy to digest and only something I can eat it very small quantities when I'm feeling very well. Soy isn't much better for me.
Have you ever tried rice pasta? I find that to be the best gluten-free version for me personally. But of course we're all different.
