Ashwagandha

I was just wondering if ashwagandha was a trigger for anyone? I’ve started taking it and after just over a week I think it’s stacked up and causing me stomach troubles as my diet hasn’t changed. It’s quite a large dose I’ve been taking but I was wondering if anyone had experimented with smaller doses or knew a fodmap friendly version? Thanks

  1. My sister is an herbalist and the first thing she would say is never start any herb with a large dose. That’s something you increase over time. Make sure you tolerate it well. Be well.

    1. not yet Karina but I am going to start taking them this weekend when I’m off work. I will report back and tell you how they go
