Living With: An Interview with Advocate Hannah Noonan

I recently had the pleasure of speaking to one of our long-time advocates here at IrritableBowelSyndrome.net, Hannah Noonan, in my role as host of the Health Union podcast, Living With.

Hannah has a passion for gut health. As a nutritionist, she not only brings a holistic approach to her clients, she can relate to them personally as she has experienced IBS herself. On this episode of the podcast, Hannah and I discussed how IBS affects daily life, the importance of the microbiome, and how diet contributes to gut health. And to be honest, she got me to talk a lot more than I had planned about my experiences with IBS!

Living With is a podcast featuring the people and stories behind Health Union. Advocates from different communities are interviewed, sharing how they have learned to cope with trying symptoms and treatments. Their courage and resilience are inspiring, offering wisdom that transcends dealing with health issues and gives insight on how best to deal with any kind of challenge.
