You may have a worst enemy
When I started martial art the guys were talking about to eat carb lot of pasta for energy so I started to do just the same. I started to gain lots of weight and terrible IBS came with that.
Eating for your blood type
Luckily in about a week or to i came across a book "Eat right for your blood type", it turned out I am type O negative and my worst enemy one of them is grain product, I cut it out almost completely and NO MORE IBS.
I hope it may help some of you know your blood type highly beneficial, neutral and food you have to avoid. It's scientifically validated in the first research result of the human genome project.
