My IBS-D story

My story began almost 30 years ago after antibiotic treatment for cellulitis which followed a severe reaction to poison ivy. I have endured flare ups at work, at home and while traveling. I have not been able to identify any consistent triggers. Every time I think I have things figured out, something else pops up.

Having to explain flare ups to new people in my life is the hardest thing for me to deal with.

I continue to hope for the day when I will be free of this ongoing issue in my life.
