IBS-Friendly Pizza
Hey fellow IBS sufferers! I want to share with you guys an IBS-friendly pizza recipe. I’ll be honest, this is one of those recipes that probably won’t work for ALL IBS sufferers because I know there’s a few of us who cannot eat ANY kind of cheese due to it being a trigger. However, I know some IBS sufferers who can eat cheese (within the low FODMAP list) just fine. I have found this recipe to be great when I was on a stricter diet and exercising more because it contains healthier ingredients than what you would normally get at a pizza shop. If you’re looking for an IBS-friendly pizza recipe, then look no further. It’s simple and easy to make, and not harsh on the belly! Give it a try!
