Tasty Asian Soy Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients for Asian soy turkey lettuce wraps

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic minced (two cloves)
  • 1-pound turkey
  • Optional shredded carrots for crunch.

Directions for Asian soy turkey lettuce wraps

  1. In a large oiled pan on medium-high heat, cook ground turkey, stirring frequently until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add black pepper, soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, garlic sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Fold in ingredients until fully incorporated.
  4. Cover with lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat.
