  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic minced (two cloves)
  • 1-pound turkey
