Vitamin D and IBS-C conflict
My doctor wants me to up my Vitamin D (with calcium) because of osteoporosis (had chemo years ago). However, taking the higher dose of over 1000 mgs/day seems to make me constipated. And that is while taking citracal AND Linzess. Any thoughts?
