"A year and a half after ovarian cancer surgery the cancer of course metastasized abd now I don’t know if my gut pain is cancer or IBS and that makes me crazy with worry. And flare ups happen from stress snd there’s so much stress. So I can’t tell the difference. Very unnerving. I’m miserable. "
