Psyllium Flakes and IBS
A couple of weeks ago, I had my bachelorette party at Lake Garda in Italy, not too far from my hometown. Living in Amsterdam, I had to fly home for the weekend. For those who are not in Europe, flying from here has lately become a nightmare.
