What If your body doesn't tell you when to go?

Lately I've been feeling I have to go when I don't, and can't tell that I have to go when I do. Anyone else experience this? It's so frustrating!

    1. I'm having that problem myself. The poly vegal nerve and my metabolism have stopped working according to my gi doctor. The poly vegal nerve is what connects the gut and brain and is the line of communication. Mine has shut down and we are trying many different things in order to reboot so I do not have to have surgery.
