SSRI and IBS- Anxiety

I see many SSRI's have the side effects of bowel issues. I have anxiety and Im taking viilybrd. Im wondering if this new drug is causing me more issues. Im ok for a few days and then Im in trouble. If you take an SSRI Id really appreciate your experience.
