IBS-D and headaches
I've been stvruggling with IBS for may years. I can control pretty much all my symptoms, diarrhea, heartburn and nausea. I can deal with those. I get a headache almost everyday and it is relentless. Its not painful its annoying. When I feel gas pressure build my head will squeeze and then I pretty much have the headache for rest of the day or weeks. I have had CT scans blood test colonoscopy, endoscopy all normal. Doctor says its all in my head and headaches and IBS are not related. If anybody has an opinion I would be glad to hear it.
I'm so sorry you struggle with this and that your doctor is being dismissive! You're definitely not the only one experiencing headaches in addition to typical IBS symptoms (I do, too!).
