I recently discovered the 2 weeks elimination guide and it has benefitted me tremendously. Who knew my favorites, garlic and onions could have such negative effects?

I have been on it since Jan. Working well but still get a few off days every no and again but generally allot happier.

Thanks for your response. I find this way of eating not only helps physical symptoms of IBS but mentally also as I feel so much more of a sense of well being. But I do find one food in particular that is on list of low FODMAPS, namely swiss chard, is not gut friendly for me.
