Flaxseed and IBS improved a lot!

I have coeliac desease and ibs since 2011. Few months ago, I started to take each day Flaxseed powder with yogourt or in recipes. Since then my ibs symptoms are better.

I take 1 to 2 table spoon of flaxseed each day (I started very slowly in the beginning). I drink a lot of water. My bowel movements have never been so good. I have less pain. I'm delighted and will never stop. I buy it on Amazon Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed.

        1. Hi! more IBS C dans D. But for me, the symptoms where more about unbereable pain, and a lot of gaz and bloating ALL THE TIME....... Now I feel well, very well, about 85% of the time. Which is exceptionnal for me. (and I take amitriptyline 25mg a day), for about 5 years now.
