Body trembling during a flare
Does anyone else experience trembling during a flare? I get this out of the blue and sometimes in the middle of the night and it keeps me up. It feels like my whole body is trembling and shaking. I think it’s related to discomfort in my abdomen, but I am not sure. Sometimes my heart rate increases at the same time. It’s really uncomfortable and unsettling!

yes, happens to me sometimes too. Unfortunately it is "normal"
I get that too. It's awful but I find it does pass. It's like the nervous system is really disturbed temporarily by the flare. I feel for you. I hate that symptom.
Yes, my heartrate speeds up and misses beats too. Yet my doctor listened to my (resting) heartrate and found it to be healthy and steady.
