Tiziana Boaro
Tiziana Boaro, 32, has been diagnosed with IBS in July 2021. After a year and a half of struggling with severe abdominal cramping, bloating, discomfort, and feeling inadequate in any social situation that leads to anxiety, depression, and loneliness.
After changing many specialists she finally found a competent gastroenterologist that completely changed her life, finally giving a diagnosis and an explanation for all her pain. She completely changed her habits rolling fully into a low-FODMAP diet that after a while, worked magnificently on her lifestyle.
As an Italian, food is at the core of her culture, she loves to cook for her family and friends, creating recipes and trying her best to make a low-FODMAP diet appetizing and loved by anyone.
She likes to consider herself a “Gypsy Soul” as she loves to travel, experience new cultures, visit new places and try different foods. She lives in Italy now but lived in Australia, the USA, and Dubai, where she works half of the time for the family company.
She deeply believes in meditation as help for many health-related issues.
She wants to help as many people as possible, sharing her experience and recipes hoping to be able to support someone who’s feeling as lonely and not understood as she did.
