Catie Duckworth was diagnosed with IBS at 21 while in college. After years of struggling to manage her symptoms due to a stressful work environment, Catie moved to Boston to pursue a career in the food industry. She earned a Certificate in Culinary Arts and an MA in Gastronomy at Boston University. Catie enjoys cooking food that feels good for her body and needs, though she loves to cook for others.
