Traveling and IBS-D
My problem, mostly is traveling. Yes, the terrible position of being stuck in a car and you don’t think you’ll make it to a restroom. Every single time I’ve gone to FL and my friend and I go on a little trip, she has to find a bathroom for me quickly.
Travel anxiety
I’ve been in car with my husband too and this happens. I went on a cruise with her, and never had a problem, possibly because I knew bathrooms were handy, and that cut down on my anxiety? Of course, I’m not traveling right now or eating out, so I haven’t noticed it as much. Thank goodness for poopourri that I carry with me always.
