Story 642 am

My new wake up time is 530 am. My kitten needs to go out. Currently, I'm learning to like drinking water again. I have given up on and do not take any medications for so called IBS. Doctor said just keep lots of fluid replacement drinks when in a flare up which is weekly.

I'm learning about the vagus nerve. I have sexual trauma so I always feel dirty and then the IBS in top if that is just terrible. I think it's about focusing on one thing at a time with IBS sufferers as we are too sensitive.

Like this week I'm learning to drink water again and not coke much. The guilt is a big factor if we keep getting flare ups despite changes. So just do your best and accept it's there. Pristiq cured it many years ago. I'm on 50 Mg and cutting back. Not sure which probiotics helps but I can't afford to keep buying stuff.
