I want to share a good news with you. I found the simplest way to get rid of the symptoms of my IBS-D. I hope it will work with you too, at least it doesn't cost anything if you try.
My morning eating routine last month is based just in one boiled egg combined with one glass of water containing 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. No gas and no need to go to the bathroom often. It does miracles for me, I hope for you too.
