Found Cure / Treatment For IBS

I made an account to share a cure / treatment that works!

Trust me, I couldn't eat pizza, fried chicken, or cheese, to name just a few things, without needing to use the restroom within 10 minutes of finishing the meal - which would be explosive diarrhea 80% of the time...not to mention my bowel movements was always runny, rarely ever...hmmm, what the word...firm?

I tested my cure - treatment - whatever, it works! I eat a few pieces of Peppermint Ice Chips with Xylitol. I was desperate, and this is not unusual for me as I've I tried 100's of different experiments over the years (I work in a lab, so experimenting is normal process). THIS ONE WORKS.

I eat 2 pieces of ICE CHIPS with Xylitol Peppermint flavor in the morning, and 2-4 pieces at night. A bag can last several days to a week - not bad for $4 bucks! $20 a month for an F'n cure - treatment, call it what you want - I can now eat greasy noodles, greasy deli Chinese food, and deep-fried chicken! I can eat baked chicken, breakfast burritos with eggs and ranch dressing - and still not need to use the restroom for over 24 hours and its FIRM bowel movements!!! :)

Prove it? PROVE IT? Yes, please bare with me. 2 weeks ago, was normal me (IBS hardcore), and no treatment / cure found yet, until I tried the ICE CHIPs with Xylitol (Peppermint and Cinnamon). And for nearly 2 weeks now I've been eating ANYTHING I damn well please (I noticed the difference in my IBS within a few days of eating the ICE CHIPS). For example, yesterday, Sunday morning, 5am, at McDonalds and I ate the large big breakfast - 2 eggs, sausage patty, AND hash brown - with 3 hot cakes, then at noon, I ate 1 pound of BBQ ribs, 2 pieces of baked chicken thighs (including the salty - yummy flavored skin!), ate something else...can't remember off the top of my head...Oh, a thick ass biscuit too. I didn't need to have a bowel movement until 10 am the following morning - this morning - 5 hours AFTER I had breakfast (french toast, 4 sausages, 2 eggs, half slice of bacon and some potatoes) - that's nearly 24 hours later and some!

This is not unusual for the past 10+ days! This is make up time, my time - good times, great vitals! Grease, come to me tummy... .

Now, I wasn't sure if it was the Xylitol, the Peppermint, or the Cinnamon in the ICE CHIPS... . So I did some research. NOTE: whichever 3 it is for certain, I'm confident it's the Peppermint - though I am not deviating from this regiment - it F'n works!

So, I looked up research on the web regarding Peppermint oil (these Ice Chips are made with Peppermint oil)...as my research shows studies conducted - Peppermint works best against IBS as an oil and NOT a tea. Peppermint tea does not work. But some companies will pay other companies to re-write the study to dissuade you from every attempting the cheap cure - treatment, because they got drugs to sell instead.

I've tried everything, walking 2 miles a day for 1 year, drinking 8 cups of water a day, lemon water, salads, fruits, vegetables, staying away from dairy, FODMAP, upped my Fiber intake, stayed away from grease, staying away from living... .

PLEASE NOTE: many websites will report negative things about peppermint oil for IBS, like "No studies have shown...studies are inconclusive..." But that isn't true, Australia did report a study and why peppermint works...they did the study several years ago, because 20% of its population has IBS.

And this study

There are many studies, but in the end, Peppermint Ice Chips with Xylitol are working for me.

PS I just bought all the packs from the candy store shelves worth about $80 or like 20+ packs they had Ahahahahahaahah

PPS Xylitol can be dangerous at consumptions of 48 grams or more, these Ice Chips bags are 28 grams, or about 50 pieces - I eat only 6 pieces a day, or about 3.36 grams = or about 7% of 48 grams, so not EVEN CLOSE to any danger zone ;)

I had to share :)
