Fear of sleeping some nights (almost every night)

About last Wednesday I had a huge flare up, my first flare up ever, I don't know if all of you have experienced trapped wind, it's different than trapped gas in the bowels, trapped wind is usually in your back, ribs, front chest, (basically the whole thoracic cavity) and can sometimes radiate up to your neck to your temples.

Excruiating pain

This symptom is very common for me, I get it a lot. One night I'm off to bed, I have a slight wind but think, If I sleep it off it might go away like a headache. Fast forward 2 hours after I fell asleep, I woke up in excruciating pain, My whole thoracic cavity was burning, I had air trapped everywhere, I couldn’t breathe, I was so hot, I was shaking. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced.

My mom stayed up with me, she gave me ENOS (baking soda drink I think) to make me burp, which got me to calm down from my anxiety attack from the pain etc, But I was up till 4 with recurrent feelings until I was sitting for about 2 hours then I could finally go to sleep, Ever since that I’ve had this irrational fear that if I go to sleep without knowing I have a wind it’ll happen again. (SORRY this is so long) I wanted to get every detail.
