Green Smoothie

Find it hard to get your veggies and fruits in on a daily basis? Say no more! If you suffer from IBS-C, then you might be interested in this GREEN Smoothie Recipe! This smoothie contains lots of fiber and other ingredients to help relieve constipation, and it’s delicious! Try it out and enjoy!

Ingredients for green smoothie

Makes 1-2

  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ cups of baby spinach
  • 1 green apple cut up
  • 1 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of coconut water
  • 2 tbsp. of coconut nectar
  • Optional: handful of ice

Directions for green smoothie

  1. Add liquids first.
  2. Then add fresh/frozen banana.
  3. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Blend until well mixed.
  5. Add coconut nectar to taste with some ice, and blend again until well mixed.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
