Green Smoothie

Ingredients for green smoothie
Makes 1-2
- 1 banana
- 1 ½ cups of baby spinach
- 1 green apple cut up
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- ½ cup of coconut water
- 2 tbsp. of coconut nectar
- Optional: handful of ice
Directions for green smoothie
- Add liquids first.
- Then add fresh/frozen banana.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Add coconut nectar to taste with some ice, and blend again until well mixed.
- Serve and enjoy!
